About the event
First Moon Circles offer holistic menstrual education to help children and their families feel informed, empowered, and period-positive, while honouring the first period (menarche) as a sacred rite of passage. They’re a beautiful and refreshing alternative to traditional period education, featuring fun craft, open and safe conversation, and a special parent-daughter celebration. The experience is designed to help girls feel confident, supported, and ready to thrive through puberty and beyond. These fun, inclusive and down-to-earth spaces share wisdom, spark connection, and gently break the cycle of menstrual and body shame.
